The idea behind these workshops is to share great ideas, recipes and natural health information so we can make simple and pleasant changes to our (already great) lives and make them better.

Feeling energised and having good health is something we take for granted when we have it, and miss dearly when we don’t.  Eating delicious food and using healthy products doesn’t mean we have to spend a fortune, scour the corners of the Earth or deprive ourselves of tasty food.

There is a wealth of fantastic information, both modern and traditional that we can draw on, but sometimes we don’t know where to look or find such an lot of (often contradictory..) information that we may think it’s better to stick with what we know. 

Prevention is better than cure…. being healthy and feeling full of energy means we can enjoy our lives so much more.  Our aim is to provide you with the information and tools to make simple natural healthy changes that can positively affect your and your families’ health in the long term.
